If your order is time sensitive, please select Express Postage at checkout. Express Postage orders are shipped within 24 hours.

Items are packed in a manner to protect them from damage or breakages during transit.

We do recycle packaging where possible to limit our environmental footprint.

We are happy to refund or exchange products provided they are returned to us at the buyer’s expense in unopened and unused state, within 21 days of purchase. Please contact us for our return address.

If any of your items arrive in poor condition, please email us photographic evidence so we can promptly arrange a replacement to be sent out. Please do not return broken goods to us.

Our products are warranted for 2 years from purchase date that it will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
